You have come to the right place to learn about how the Nepalese Community of Hampton Roads is making a difference in the community, and abroad.

Nepalese Community of Hampton Roads (NCHR) is a non-profit organization. It was established within a month as an immediate outreach and support for victims of devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal in April, 2015.

Since that time NCHR has been involved in various fund-raising events around Hampton Roads and have donated to charity organizations not only to the victims in Nepal, but also are serving local community as a whole.

With cultural programs, picnics, and other networking events, NCHR aims to bring awareness about Nepalese tradition in hopes of bringing together all the Nepalese community in the region.

We are the only established Nepalese community in the region. Our focus has always remained to stay as a non-profit organization and help bring prosperity and well-being for the people in community, and abroad.
